In the event of adverse weather conditions or if minimum numbers are not reached, the company reserves the right to cancel the trip.
The route normally taken on an excursion made be changed, without prior notice, for security re asons and enjoyment of the same.
The company cannot be held responsible for the personal belongings of its passengers.
Passengers under the influence of alcohol, or effects of drugs or narcotics, will be refused boarding.
In the event a passenger does not show for a trip or wishes to cancel a trip within 48 hours, the company will not be in a position to refund monies.
In the case of a private excursion, if the passenger wishes to terminate the excursion before the end, there will be no refund.
